Customs Clearance Officer Location: UK (Heathrow area) – OnsiteJob Type: Full TimeSalary: £28,000 – £30,000 per yearClient Profile:Our client is a rapidly growing logistics solutions provider with a strong presence acrossEurope, and are looking for a Customs Clearance Officer for there location in Heathrow LondonKey Responsibilities:● Manage customs clearance procedures for both imports and exports.● Ensure strict compliance with UK customs regulations and procedures.● Liaise with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and clients to resolve clearance issues.● Process customs declarations using the Customs Declaration Service (CDS).● Maintain accurate records of customs documentation and declarations.● Assist in resolving customs-related delays or discrepancies.● Support cross-border logistics operations between the UK and Belgium.Personal Specification:● 2+ years’ experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or logistics.● Knowledge of UK and EU import/export regulations.● Familiarity with customs declaration systems (CDS, CHIEF, etc.) is advantageous.● Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.● Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is an advantage but not essential.
