Dutch Customer Service Representative – (Hybrid, mostly remote)
Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1 x per month in the Office)

Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a Dutch SpeakingCustomer Service Advisor to join an industry leader in the healthcare industry. This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis.
Key Purpose
The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis to ensure a top-quality service for existing and new customers. You will be in charge of adding value to each customer who calls as well as having strong product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
● Answering calls from existing and new customers● Proactively dealing with all queries relating to the business● Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls● Managing email queries● A professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer● Demonstrating extensive knowledge on all product ranges● Facilitating calls from B2B and B2C
Personal Specification
The successful candidate for the position will have the following competences:
● Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)● Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)● Self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude● Attention to detail with high level of communication skills is essential● Dutch Fluent speaker● Computer literacy● A passion to deliver the highest quality for our client’s customers

Shift pattern:
£25,000 – 2 week rotational shift pattern:
● Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:15
● Week 2: Monday to Friday, 09:45 to 18:00
