Senior Quality Engineer
Location: Heerhugowaard (NL) – Onsite with the option to work 1 day a week from home
Salary: €70-77k per annum
Client Profile:
Our client is a leading global company in the manufacturing industry and is seeking to employ a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team, who is ready to take a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and reliability of products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze quality data and trends, translating insights into concrete improvement actions.

Review and advise on product designs, test plans, and validation results.

Safeguard compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 45001) and lead internal/external audits.

Carry out root cause analyses for complex or safety-related issues and coordinate follow-up.

Act as a quality ambassador within the organization and towards international suppliers and customers.

Develop and deliver quality and safety training for employees and suppliers.
Personal Specification:

A degree in Engineering or a related technical field. (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

Several years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Solid knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 13485 is a plus).

Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch

Proactive, structured, and confident in working with different stakeholders across the organization.
